About The Ranch
The MJ Ranch has moved to Aquilla, Texas (north of Waco)!
We are currently building our roping training facility which will include a 300x160' lighted outdoor pen, a covered calf lane and round pen, stall barn, and 1/4 mile breezing track. We're looking forward to hosting all of the greatest names in our industry to come teach everyone who wants to learn from the best.
The MJ Ranch is owned by 5 time Wrangler National Finals Rodeo heeler, Michael Jones, and his wife Jennifer. Michael is continuing what his dad David Jones started in Round Rock, TX back in 1980 by teaching team roping to those who are just as passionate about the sport as they are.
At the MJ Ranch we offer regular team roping lessons either by the hour or by the day and clinics ranging from 10-20 people. We have hook-ups and pens available for you and your horses short or extended stay. We will also be offering MJ Ranch Club Memberships coming soon with lots of benefits and discounts.
